Accessibility Statement

Electrodose is operated by Rivalform Nutrition LLC. We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to learn about and buy our products on electrodose.com. This page describes the standard we are working toward, what is in place today, what we know still needs work, and how to reach us if something gets in your way.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the pages we control on electrodose.com. We treat this as an ongoing commitment rather than a one-time project, and we do not claim that every page conforms to every success criterion today.

What is in place

  • Our home, product, cart, and AI assistant pages were reviewed in October 2026 with automated accessibility tooling (axe-core). The issues it reported, including duplicate page-footer landmarks and data tables without accessible column headers, were corrected.
  • The Supplement Facts panel and the comparison chart are marked up as data tables with header cells, so screen readers can read each value with its label.
  • Pages include a skip-to-content link, visible keyboard focus styles, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labeled form fields and buttons.
  • The AI assistant page labels its message area, composer, and terms notice as landmarks and presents the terms notice as a dialog. Animations on that page are reduced when your device's "reduce motion" setting is on.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by third-party services whose code we do not fully control. We report accessibility problems in these areas to the vendor and look for alternatives where we can:

  • Email sign-up forms and pop-ups (Klaviyo)
  • Customer review widgets (Judge.me and Junip)
  • Subscription management portal (Seal Subscriptions)
  • Checkout and customer accounts (Shopify)
  • Embedded videos and social media content

Automated tools find only part of what matters. We have not yet completed a full manual review with a screen reader on every page, and some pages may still have issues we have not found. If anything blocks you from completing a task, contact us using the details below and we will help you complete it another way, including placing or changing an order by email.

Technical information

electrodose.com relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA and is intended to work with the assistive technologies built into current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, including the VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack screen readers. We plan to re-run automated checks after significant site changes and to review key journeys by keyboard and with a screen reader on a recurring basis.
